You will arrange viewings, negotiate offers, build relationships with applicants and landlords, and help deliver a professional, high-quality lettings service across Ruislip and the surrounding areas. What's in it for you (Benefits): • £25,000 basic salary with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000-£50,000 • Opportunity to join a respected, award-winning independent estate agency • Supportive team environment with mentoring and career development • Busy local market with strong applicant and landlord activity • Excellent earning potential within an established and growing lettings team The Company: • Independent, award-winning sales and lettings agency with an excellent local reputation • Established presence across West London and the Hillingdon area • Supportive business that values training, mentoring and long-term career progression What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator • Register applicants and match them to suitable rental properties • Arrange and conduct property viewings across Ruislip and nearby areas • Negotiate offers between applicants and landlords • Progress agreed lets through to completion, keeping all parties updated • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants • Work closely with colleagues to achieve lettings targets and deliver excellent customer service What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience): • Previous experience as a residential Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Agent • Strong sales, negotiation and closing ability • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Confident telephone manner and professional approach • Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Good knowledge of Ruislip, Pinner and the surrounding rental market would be advantageous • Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred • Well-presented, ambitious and passionate about residential property Is this the role for you?
