As Lettings Negotiator you will: • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the growth of the portfolio. • Manage day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring accurate and efficient record keeping. • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, providing a professional and knowledgeable service. • Conduct accompanied property viewings, showcasing properties and promoting their key features. • Develop relationships with local businesses and employers surrounding Build-to-Rent (BTR) schemes to generate tenant referrals. • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and always represent the business positively. • Prioritise the needs of clients by sourcing and securing high-quality tenants, focusing on long-term suitability rather than simply completing transactions. • Be willing to travel all over London and its home counties.
