Job Title: Lettings Negotiator Location: Sutton Coldfield Type: Full-time Salary: £26,000 Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm weekdays, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays until 1:00pm A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Sutton Coldfield. The role will involve registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lets, generating new business, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process. Key Responsibilities • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties • Arranging and conducting property viewings • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants • Generating new business opportunities • Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants • Managing enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face • Working towards individual and team targets Ideal Candidate • Previous estate agency or lettings experience preferred • Confident and well presented • Strong communication and customer service skills • Target driven and motivated • Full UK driving license preferred • Looking for a long-term career opportunity within property This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and well-established company that offers genuine career progression, ongoing support, and an excellent working environment within a thriving Sutton Coldfield office.
