Lettings Negotiator (Maternity Cover) Trowbridge £25,000 Basic Salary | OTE £30,000 Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful team on a maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with estate agency or lettings experience who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. The Role • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties • Conducting property viewings • Negotiating offers and securing lets • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Generating new business opportunities • Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the branch • Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the lettings process About You • Previous experience within estate agency or lettings preferred • Confident communicator with excellent people skills • Target-driven with a proactive approach • Well organised and able to manage a busy workload • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle What's on Offer? • £25,000 basic salary • OTE £30,000 • Excellent training and support • Friendly, supportive team environment • Great opportunity to join a respected local property business
