Working within a centralised lettings team, this is a key opportunity for an ambitious property professional to play a vital role in driving business growth across a successful multi-branch network. This is a performance-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys generating new business, converting valuation opportunities, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining high compliance standards. The Role As a Lettings Valuer, you will: • Conduct lettings valuations on both new and previously managed properties • Win new instructions and maximise conversion opportunities • Manage the onboarding process from instruction through to marketing launch • Carry out property visits and ensure all compliance requirements are met • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of valuation opportunities • Develop and nurture relationships with landlords and prospective clients • Identify new business opportunities across the branch network • Support the wider lettings team through coaching, collaboration, and sharing best practices • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business Lettings Valuer Requirements • Previous experience in lettings valuations, winning instructions, or residential property sales • Full UK driving licence essential • Proven ability to generate and convert business opportunities • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and compliance • Confident communicator who quickly builds trust and credibility with landlords • Motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a performance-focused environment What's on Offer? • £26,000 - £28,000 basic salary • £45,000+ On-Target Earnings (OTE) • Clear opportunities for career progression across a growing multi-branch network • Ongoing training, support, and professional development • Recognition and rewards for high performance • Supportive and collaborative working environment • Opportunity to join a respected independent agency with a strong regional presence Working hours • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm • Alternate Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu Apply Today!
