You'll: • Generate new business and win new lettings instructions • Carry out rental valuations and market appraisals • Build lasting relationships with landlords and prospective clients • Deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service • Work closely with your branch team to achieve and exceed targets What we're looking for You'll already have experience within estate agency, whether as a Lister, Valuer, Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent, and be ready to take the next step in your career. You'll also have: • A proven ability to generate new business and work towards targets • Excellent customer service and communication skills • A positive, organised and proactive approach • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office • A full UK driving licence Why join Connells Group?
