What you'll be doing: • Supporting teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons. • Working with pupils in whole-class settings, small intervention groups, and on a 1:1 basis. • Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours. • Providing tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required. • Helping to create a positive, safe, and inspiring learning environment every day. We're looking for someone who: • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). • Has previous experience working within a school environment. • Is caring, enthusiastic, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. • Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team. • Is committed to helping every child achieve their very best.
