If you would like to view the Core Competencies Framework as part of the development role, please contact Niral Dave on the details attached. Please note: You will be required to achieve the expected competencies within 6-12 months.This means that you must meet certain skill, knowledge, or performance standards (competencies) within a time frame of 6 to 12 months from starting the role. We do not have Band 5 roles within this service; therefore, you may be redeployed to an alternative service if the core competencies are not met within the agreed time frame. The role requires you to travel over a large geographical area so access to suitable transport is required.
