We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Installation Supervisor to join our growing team in Cannock, playing a key role in ensuring the flawless installation of our industry-leading lift systems. As the Installation Supervisor, you'll be leading and supervising the installation of new lifts, ensuring they are completed on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with the installation teams, providing training, support, and regular quality checks while collaborating with management to track progress and resolve any challenges that arise on-site. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Supervise Quality Installations • Conduct on-site inductions and training for new installers, setting the stage for a successful project from day one. • Complete all surveys and report any issues to both the client and the Orona Contract Manager, preparing a comprehensive report for review. • Perform regular quality checks (Mechanical & Electrical) at key stages of the installation process to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Deliver constructive feedback to teams and provide additional training where necessary to maintain high installation quality. Lead and Develop Your Team • Manage a diverse team of installation professionals, motivating them to deliver their best while adapting your leadership style (coaching, motivating, directing, etc.). • Create a positive work environment where individuals feel supported and encouraged to meet their professional goals. • Address performance issues quickly and fairly to maintain high standards of excellence. Safety First, Always • Prioritise Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, ensuring your team follows safety procedures on every project. • Make sure all team members are equipped with the correct PPE and maintain a safety-first mindset at all times. • Deliver toolbox talks to all team members. Efficient Reporting & Communication • Track the progress of installation projects and communicate key updates with both the installation team and the management team. • Ensure all job sheets, reports, and quality checks are completed accurately and in line with company procedures. • Foster strong relationships with on-site clients, keeping them updated on installation progress.
