Line Leader

Job Description: Line Leader Overview We are seeking an experienced supervisor/team leader to work within a packing environment. You must have previous experience in a similar role to be considered for this position. It will involve working in a chilled environment of 2-8 degrees. Responsibilities • Supervise daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency targets • Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all operations • Follow Standard Operating Procedures • Carry out daily briefings • Conduct return to work interviews and dealing with poor performance/excessive absence/general misconduct Requirements • Previous experience within a supervisory role • Previous experience in a production/packing environment • Good computer skills • Good attitude Hours and Pay • Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 but flexibility required to help with any peak periods • Overtime available • £14.02 per hour • 28 days holiday per year
