Are you ready to play a key role in manufacturing high-quality products? We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our fast-paced facility. No previous experience is needed and full training will be given! Job title: Production Operative Job type: Temporary - ongoing Pay rate: £12.71 per hour (+£2.55 shift allowance per hour) Location: Ashford, TN25 4AQ Shifts: 10PM -6AM Monday - Thursday and then 7PM -1:30AM on Fridays Responsibilities: • Handling and monitoring machines daily to ensure that the line is running smoothly, with accuracy and attention to detail and keeping to schedule. • Working on the production line, ensuring high quality from start to finish. • Working as part of a Production Team to directly contribute to the manufacture of world-famous cosmetic products. • Working within our clean and partly automated factory with equipment that is constantly evolving. • Achieve optimum performance of the equipment and the highest quality of product.
