Legal Advisor – Litigation Manchester | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH after onboarding)Salary: £35000 - £40,000 + Bonus Scheme Are you an experienced Litigator, Litigation Paralegal, Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to take ownership of a high-quality personal injury caseload within a supportive and growing law firm? We're working with a well-established and highly respected Manchester-based legal practice that is looking to strengthen its Litigation team with an ambitious legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional client outcomes. Why Join? • Hybrid working after onboarding – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home • 26 days annual leave + Bank Holidays • Your birthday off after 1 year's service • Performance-related bonus linked to appraisal outcomes • Genuine career progression and development opportunities • Supportive leadership team and collaborative culture The OpportunityYou'll manage an active caseload of approximately 80-120 personal injury matters, handling a mix of litigated and pre-litigated claims, including: • Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims • Employer Liability (EL) claims • Public Liability (PL) claims • Credit Hire matters • Fast Track and Multi-Track litigation (depending on experience level) This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own files, making decisions, and seeing cases through from instruction to resolution. Key Responsibilities • Managing your own caseload of personal injury files • Progressing litigated matters in accordance with CPR and litigation protocols • Drafting court documents, witness statements and instructions to Counsel • Reviewing liability, quantum and evidential issues • Conducting settlement negotiations and litigation strategy discussions • Maintaining excellent client care throughout the lifecycle of a claim • Achieving performance and financial targets • Working collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of your own caseload • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards What We're Looking ForWe'd love to hear from: • Litigation Paralegals • Litigation Executives • Legal Executives (CILEx) • Solicitors • Fee Earners with Personal Injury Litigation experience You'll ideally have: • Experience managing personal injury litigation files • Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) • Experience handling Fast Track and/or Multi-Track claims • Excellent drafting and communication skills • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • A proactive and commercial approach to case management • Experience with Credit Hire claims (advantageous) • Experience using LEAP case management software (desirable) About the FirmThis award-winning and growing law firm has built an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding legal services and exceptional client care.
