Job description

Dawn Ellmore Employment is looking for a skilled and organised Litigation Secretary to join a busy Intellectual Property Trade Mark team. In this role, you will work closely with Solicitors to ensure the smooth running of daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting Solicitors in IP (Trade Mark) litigation is ideal – those with strong Litigation secretarial experience from a legal environment will also be considered. Key responsibilities will involve managing case files and keeping track of key deadlines. You'll prepare legal documents and court bundles, file documents with the relevant courts, and liaise with clients, Counsel and other third parties. You'll also provide general administrative support and assist with billing, expenses and arranging meetings when needed. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, supportive team, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Dawn Ellmore Employment aims to respond to all applicants, however due to the number of applications received this is regrettably not always possible. If you have not received a response within three working days, you may assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
