This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients, with genuine prospects for career development. The Role You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload including: • Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes. • Possession proceedings and forfeiture matters. • Boundary and neighbour disputes. • Rights of way and easement issues. • Breach of covenant claims. • Property-related contract disputes. • Debt recovery connected to property matters. • Alternative dispute resolution and Court proceedings. Candidate Requirements • Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE considered, salary commensurate with experience). • Experience within Property Litigation or Dispute Resolution. • Strong technical and procedural knowledge. • Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. • Excellent client relationship and communication skills. • Enthusiastic, proactive and commercially minded approach.
