Litigation Solicitor

My client, a well-established private practice law firm, is seeking a talented solicitor to join their busy litigation department due to sustained growth. This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors across the PQE spectrum – NQ (Newly Qualified) through to senior solicitors with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. The Role You will manage a varied and engaging caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, which may include: • Contract disputes • Property litigation • Debt recovery • Professional negligence • Contentious probate • Company and partnership disputes • General dispute resolution work You will handle files from initial instruction through to resolution, with appropriate supervision depending on your PQE level.
