Litigation Solicitor • Location: Worthing, West Sussex • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (DOE) + Benefits • Job Type: Full-time A well-established and highly regarded law firm on the South Coast is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in Worthing. Day-to-day of the role: • Work as part of an experienced litigation team, assisting with and managing a broad range of contentious matters, including: • Property litigation • Contractual disputes • Debt recovery • Boundary and neighbour disputes • Landlord and tenant matters • General civil and commercial litigation • Engage directly with clients to provide legal advice and representation. • Prepare legal documents, draft pleadings, and manage case files effectively. • Participate in negotiations and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Qualified Solicitor status (NQ+ PQE considered). • Experience in litigation matters gained through training or post-qualification practice. • Strong communication and client care skills. • Excellent drafting and organisational abilities. • A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
