Deliver safe, effective, and evidence based care through autonomous clinical decision-making, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of conditions. To undertake and interpret diagnostics and take appropriate action to manage patient care, distinguishing between abnormal and normal findings in order to relate them to a possible diagnosis, using clinical guidelines as appropriate. To signpost appropriately to other services in the identified healthcare pathway. Communicates highly sensitive condition related information to patients, relatives and carers. To maintain accurate and systematic documentation of patient interactions and clinical care provided, including adverse events. Promote collaborative working relationships and effective communication between all members of the team at the Urgent Care Centre. Ability to interpret a range of diagnostic tests and routine clinical procedures. Works within professional guidelines and codes of conduct. Report all accidents, incidents, and all ill health, failings in equipment or environment to line managers. Maintain and clean equipment as per guidelines that are used in the course of your duty.
