Locum Consultant Clinical Neurophysiologist

Key responsibilities: • Provision of regular NCS / EMG out-patient clinics • Provision of NCS / EMG services to in-patients, as required • Supervision of trainees and other members of the multi-professional team • Participation in education programmes for trainees, medical students, and other specialist staff. • Participation in the clinical governance activities of the department. • Regular attendance at the monthly departmental business and CPD meeting • Being an active member of the Clinical Neurophysiology team, encouraging multi-professional working • Contribution to the overall management of the Clinical Neurophysiology service. Job Plan. 6 PAs delivered as 3 x NCS / EMG clinic 1 x Urgent/IP NCS/EMG or Admin 1 x EEG Reporting (Can be remote) as DCC and 1 x SPA. To be delivered within a standard Monday to Friday 10 Session framework with flexibility on what days/sessions will be utilised.
