Job description
The Swan Medical Group is
proud to be rated Outstanding by the CQC and aspires to be a local leader in
delivering exceptional, integrated healthcare. We are seeking a long-term Locum
GP to provide 6 sessions per week, primarily based across our Liss surgeries in
Hampshire looking after an established patient list.
We operate across five sites in Hampshire: one
in Petersfield, two in Liss, and two in Liphook. You will work as part of a
supportive, multidisciplinary team, alongside clinical pharmacists,
physiotherapists, and a dedicated frailty team.
We are a successful GP training practice with
two GP trainers, excellent QOF achievement, and a proactive Patient
Participation Group. We pride ourselves on being supportive, cohesive, and
forward-thinking, with a strong commitment to delivering timely, high-quality
care.
Our aim is to improve the health, wellbeing,
and independence of our patients by providing high-quality, accessible, and
sustainable care. Our clinicians are supported by an administrative team.
All our surgeries are located within the South
Downs National Park, offering an outstanding quality of life with easy access
to London and the South Coast, and excellent facilities for families,
education, sport, and culture.
