Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Logistics Administrator
Are you organised, detail-oriented and looking to build a career in logistics and administration? We're looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our growing team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our logistics operations.

The Role
As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipments are delivered efficiently. Working closely with our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and wider operational teams, you will help ensure all administrative and logistical tasks are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Process customer orders and ensure they are routed correctly for printing and warehouse fulfilment.
• Generate and manage shipping labels, ensuring accurate customer and order information.
• Support Client Relationship Managers with administrative tasks, including stock reporting and system updates.
• Close orders with the correct cost information to support accurate invoicing.
• Use shipping calculators and carrier information to help determine shipping costs.
• Assist with invoicing processes and charge sheet/system output tasks.
• Liaise with CRMs and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries as required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems are updated correctly.

No previous logistics experience is required – full training will be provided.
