Logistics Operative Location: Didcot Salary: £28,000–£31,000 per annum + Overtime Available Hours: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00 | Full time We're recruiting a Logistics Operative to join a professional, clean and well-organised logistics operation in Didcot. Unlike many warehouse roles, this isn't about rushing to hit unrealistic pick targets. It's about working carefully, accurately and safely, ensuring high-quality materials and products are handled correctly for our customers. What you'll be doing • Receiving and processing incoming goods. • Loading, unloading and storing materials safely. • Picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy. • Processing stock movements using warehouse management systems. • Supporting production and customer assembly lines. • Preparing goods for dispatch. • Processing returnable packaging and warehouse returns. • Delivering materials to local customer sites when required. • Maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety. What we're looking for • Previous warehouse or logistics experience. • Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems. • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team. • Someone who values quality over rushing the job.
