What We Need From YouTo maintain our high standards of care in these unique locations, you must meet the following criteria: • A minimum of 12 months of experience working as a Support Worker within the UK. • Willingness to commit to a placement of at least 3 months. • You must have access to your own car and a valid driving licence (essential for navigating island routes). • Experience with Moving & Handling, Administering Medication and providing personal care If you have the experience, the drive, and a passion for people, we want to hear from you!
