Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Support pupils with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents, and other professionals to support each pupil's individual learning journey.
About YouWe're looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with children or young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional learning needs (preferred but not essential).
• Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Holds a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
