Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Secondary School SE7 September start Full time - LONG TERM Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? We're looking for a caring, committed Special Needs Teaching Assistant to a vibrant SEND secondary school. You'll work closely with students who have a range of additional needs, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and achievement. What you'll be doing • Supporting students with SEND in and out of class • Working 1:1 and in small groups • Helping create an inclusive, positive learning environment • Collaborating with teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff What we're looking for • Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to make a difference • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Experience with SEND (desirable but not essential) • A proactive, flexible approach • Must have Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one • Right to work in the UK If you want a role where every day you can change a young person's life, we'd love to hear from you.
