Job description

Operate SystmOne in order to verify registration and clinical details and update as appropriate. Update all episodes with screening results in accordance with local and programme guidelines and change and make appointments in response to telephone enquiries. Receive, collate and compute requests for LDCT scans, and liaise with appropriate members of staff regarding appointments. Ensure that all systems are up to date and that the team have all relevant information for patient assessments Prepare and administer the LCS assessments involving liaising with the appropriate personnel and updating the Trusts Imaging Computer System and IPM Computer system accordingly. To use CRIS for report analysis To update all clinical data finalising outcomes for patients in preparation for statistical audit and report writing. Perform reception duties and liaise with other staff disciplines to ensure the smooth running of assessments. Audit assessments held and analyse the assessment list for attendees and non-attendees and reconcile outcome Perform all ad hoc office procedures on a weekly rota basis including the office Audit measures, DNAs, returned mail and GP reports. Respond to enquiries regarding Lung Cancer Screening and ensure that queries are sympathetically dealt with by LCS Staff or by the appropriate members of Hospital staff.
