Job title: Machine Operator Location: Livingston, EH54 5DN Working Hours: Rotating 3 shifts *must be able to work all 3 shifts* Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm, Monday Friday 2pm – 10pm and Sunday – Thursday 10pm – 6am Payrate: £14.52 per hour Contract type: Full time, permanent (paid weekly) Are you ready to work with high-speed machinery and keep a production line performing at its best? Your Role in Creating Quality Bakes • Operate and adjust high-speed wrapping machines and checkweighers. • Working as part of a team of up to 40 colleagues per shift. • Ensure product codes, labels, quality checks and documentation are completed accurately. • Maintain hygiene to “clean as you go” standards. • Support compliance with health & safety procedures and report any issues promptly. • Uphold quality standards to ensure every biscuit leaving the line is up to FBC UK’s high expectations. Your Key Ingredients • Hands-on operational experience, including confident use of machinery in fast paced production environments. • Quality focused mindset, with strong attention to detail and consistent adherence to hygiene and safety standards. • Collaborative team player, able to communicate well and support the development of new team members. • Self-driven and proactive, taking ownership, solving problems effectively, and eager to learn and improve processes.
