The Hours You’ll Work; • Dayshift and nightshift • 12 hour shifts • 07.00am till 19.00pm, 19.00pm till 07.00am The Pay You’ll Receive; • £30280 MTrec’s New Opportunity; • MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Newton Aycliffe area. The Job You’ll Do; • Overviewing production machines, making sure they run smoothly • Basic Machine setting and programming • Adding plastic film into roles for processing • Adding inks and dies depending on settings • Optimise production to arrange and carry out preventative maintenance of the machine and troubleshoot issues • Use of hand tools to set machine tooling to suit parameters • Follow all safety procedures and be QA focused • Produce parts in line with the production plan and work orders • Perform first piece inspection and in line quality audits About You; • Used to working in a fast paced production environment. • Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard. • Working either independently or within a team. • Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed. • Physically fit as some products are heavy.
