Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. • Proven experience operating Fosber machines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment. • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operating manuals. • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
