Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Days and Afternoons) Location: Caistor, Lincolnshire Salary: £47,500 We’re working with a well established business that’s looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their site in Caistor. This is a hands on role within a busy production environment, where you’ll play a key part in keeping machinery running smoothly and minimising downtime. Benefits • 6.2 weeks holiday • 5% employer pension • Life assurance • Ongoing training and development • Additional wellbeing and lifestyle benefits Shift Pattern: A 4 week rota including one Saturday in 4 Week 1: Monday - Thursday 05:30 - 13:30 Friday 05:30 - 12:30 Week 2: Monday - Thursday 13:00 - 21:00 Friday 13:00 - 20:00Week 3: Monday - Thursday 05:30 - 13:30 Friday 05:30 - 12:30Week 4: Monday - Thursday 13:00 - 21:00, Friday 11:00 - 18:00 Saturday 06:00 - 18:00The role You’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across site, working on a range of equipment and continuously looking for ways to improve reliability. Day to day, you’ll be: • Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs • Completing planned preventative maintenance • Keeping accurate maintenance records • Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance • Making sure everything is kept audit-ready What we're looking for • Previous experience in a multi-skilled engineering role • Solid Mechanical and Electrical knowledge • Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering If you are interested in this role, get in touch with Josh Sharkey from Stirling Warrington for this role or any other role across the Lincolnshire area.
