Job description

Maintenance Engineer £55,737 Wolverhampton 4on/4off days & nights (2days,2nights four off) The Company: This international food giant currently turnover 114 Billion pounds worldwide and operate out of 23 locations across the UK - this site has recently had a 38 Million pounds investment into second line doubling their production capacity. They also re-invest 80% of their profits back into the Business which means there will always be job security. During Covid, the company paid their employees out of their own pocket rather than using the furlough scheme, thats how much they care. The outcome is an environment whereby everyone gets on, they are constantly giving out rewards in the form of amazon vouchers up to £200 (daily) for recognition. They produce around 180,000 units an hour, the process is very automated and you will be working with state of the art machinery. This has led to exceptional staff retention within the maintenance team. Some of the machinery you will be working on as a maintenance engineer includes; Ishida packaging machines/multi-head weighers, Loma X-rays, GEA uni-mixers/formers (Morrell), steam cookers, fryers, spiral freezers, bagging machines, conveyors, V-Mags, Kuka wrappers, robots and more. They are continuously investing and recently have added a £40,000 training rig with a PLC's, pneumatics, and other bits of machinery to help with training. This opportunity would suit someone who has the right attitude to learn and develop as an engineer.
