Job description

Maintenance Officer The candidate must be qualified in plumbing and be able to tile bathrooms and kitchens, additionally, have a full driving licence. Maintenance Officer Candidate must have experience in full bathroom refurbishments and adaptations as most of the work will be in social housing. Maintenance Officer This position is full time Monday to Friday, 8:00 till 16:00 and our main Depot is located in Alps depot, Wenvoe, Cardiff, CF56AA. Maintenance Officer Candidate most work efficiently in an already thriving team and to make sure they are respectful to the tenants in this testing time.
