Maintenance Supervisor £44,000 + Training + Progression + Mon - Friday + Benefits Bradford (Commutable from: Shipley, Leeds, Keighley, Pudsey, Halifax, Harrogate, Brighouse) Do you have Maintenance or Engineering Management experience looking to join a globally-renowned business, where you will lead and develop your own team of skilled engineers in a varied Monday - Friday weekly rotating shift pattern? This manufacturer are a household name with multi-million pound purpose built sites throughout the UK. This role is due to huge investment and growth within the respective site. This is Monday - Friday role with weekly rotation (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm). You will oversee a team of Engineers ensuring PPM are planned, scheduled and optimised efficiently. Autonomy will be given to implement processes. This role would suit a Maintenance or Engineering Manager looking to take a pivotal role in a manufacturing plant with competitive benefits, clear progression and a good job retention. The Role: • Maintenance / Engineering Management. • Responsible for PPM schedule and improving processes. • Monday - Friday role (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm). The Person: • Maintenance and Supervisory experience. • Mechanical and or Electrical background. • Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Plant background.
