Maintenance Team Leader Location: Doncaster Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Shift Pattern: Panama (12-hour Days & Nights) Salary: Starting at £54,490 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits Ready to lead a high-performing engineering team?We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join a well-established, market-leading manufacturing business in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of maintenance operations within a highly automated production environment, where you'll play a key role in driving reliability, improving performance, and developing a skilled engineering team. What You'll Be Doing • Lead, motivate and develop a multi-skilled engineering team. • Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. • Drive equipment reliability and minimise production downtime. • Champion continuous improvement projects across the site. • Ensure compliance with health & safety and engineering standards. • Coordinate maintenance schedules, workloads and CMMS records. • Work closely with production teams to achieve operational targets. What We're Looking For • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering. • Strong engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. • Previous experience leading a multi-disciplined maintenance team. • Experience working in a highly automated production environment. • Knowledge of CMMS systems. • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. • A proactive approach with a passion for improving performance and developing people.
