Maintenance Technician (Temporary) • Location: Andover • Salary: £12.71 per hour | Weekly Pay • Job Type: Temporary (2-week assignment) Reed is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician in Andover for a temporary 2-week assignment starting Thursday, 16th July. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will support a workplace improvement project involving the removal and replacement of warehouse racking, alongside the relocation of stock and materials. Day-to-day of the role: • Dismantling and removing existing warehouse racking. • Assisting with the installation and positioning of new racking. • Relocating stock and materials from old racking to new locations. • Carrying out general maintenance and facilities support tasks as required. • Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment. • Following all health and safety procedures. • Supporting the Facilities Manager throughout the project. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Practical hands-on experience within maintenance, facilities, warehouse, or similar environments. • Comfortable undertaking manual handling and physical work. • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Available to start on Thursday, 16th July and commit to the full 2-week assignment.
