Description
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support organisational planning.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.

Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
• Studying a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
