Management Accountant

Expanding Organisation seeks a Management Accountant to join their team based in West London. This is a hands-on Management Accountant position working closely with both the finance and leadership teams. The Management Accountant will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for producing the management accounts, month end and reconciliations. Duties of the Management Accountant include: • Prepare monthly management accounts. • Month end reporting, cashflow and P&L • Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayments. • Responsible for fixed asset and reconciliations • Prepare general ledger journals. • Ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations, supporting year-end statutory audits, and preparing necessary tax/VAT returns • Improve end to end process. • Assist with budgets and cashflow forecasts. • Assist with working capital management. • Business partner with stakeholders Requirements for the Management Accountant include: • Strong Excel skills • Excellent communication skills • Hands on and able to multitask. • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. • Part Qualified/Qualified by experience. • Ability to follow and implement process.
