Management Accountant

Qualified Management Accountant £60,000 - £65,000 DOE + Bonus | Southwest London | Office Based | 8:30am–5:30pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified ACCA or CIMA Management Accountant to join a fast-growing, financially secure business in Southwest London. Working closely with the Finance Director and Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting and supporting commercial decision-making within a fast-paced, growing organisation. Key Responsibilities of the Qualified Management Accountant: • Produce monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis • Prepare journals including accruals, prepayments and deferred income • Manage the Fixed Asset Register • Support month-end, year-end and audit processes • Prepare VAT returns • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting • Deliver cost analysis and commercial insight to support business performance • Improve financial controls, reporting processes and system reconciliations Skills & Experience • Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA • Strong management accounting experience • Understanding of revenue recognition and WIP reporting • Sage 200 or similar finance system experience • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Lookups • Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused attitude Benefits • Salary £60,000 to £65,000 • Annual performance bonus • 23 days holiday + 3 at Christmas, increases with length of service. • Pension scheme (increases with length of service) • Private medical insurance option • Wellbeing support and cash plan • Clear career progression within a growing business Please note we are recruiting for similar management accounting roles in London.
