Management Accountant

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a management accounting to working with a rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Smethwick. This is a full time, on site role. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and review accounts. * Month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and recharges. * Production of monthly management accounts, reporting, and variance analysis. * Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. * Develop and enhance management reporting packs, taking ownership of assigned areas. * Support group cashflow forecasting and financial planning. * Produce and analyse operational KPIs relating to stock, scrap, and yield performance. * Provide financial insight to support manufacturing and operational decision-making. Requirements * Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA * Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar role. * Strong knowledge of manufacturing * Advanced Excel skills with excellent attention to detail. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret financial data. * Motivated, ambitious, and keen to develop within a growing business. * Experience supporting audits and statutory reporting processes.
