This isn't about producing month-end numbers and moving on. You'll become part of the middle management team, working alongside an experienced leadership peer group while receiving external leadership coaching and development to support your own career progression. You'll also be a genuine Finance Business Partner, working closely with the wider Commercial and Operations teams to influence decision-making, improve performance and help deliver an ambitious programme of investment across the business. Yes, it's on-site in Tipton, five days a week.
