Managing Director

The Managing Director will provide strategic and operational leadership to TyneHealth at a pivotal point in the development of neighbourhood-based models of care across the NHS. Working with GP practices, primary care networks, commissioners, providers, local authority partners and wider system stakeholders, the Managing Director will lead the development of TyneHealth as a high-performing, sustainable and system-facing organisation capable of delivering improved outcomes for the population of North Tyneside. The postholder will provide the leadership, commissioning expertise and organisational capability required to support TyneHealths evolution within the emerging neighbourhood health landscape, including future models such as Multispecialty Neighbourhood Providers (MNPs) and Integrated Health Organisations (IHOs). The role requires an exceptional healthcare leader who can combine strategic vision with operational delivery, bringing together expertise in NHS commissioning, contract management, transformation, population health, and partnership development.
