The RoleAs a Manufacturing Operative, you'll play a key role in the production process, working safely and efficiently to produce high-quality forged components. Duties & Responsibilities: • Operating manufacturing and forging machinery • Loading and unloading materials safely • Carrying out visual quality inspections of finished products • Using hand and power tools where required • Working to production targets while maintaining quality standards • Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work • Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards • Supporting colleagues and assisting with other production duties as required We're looking for candidates who have: • Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, production or heavy industrial environment • A strong work ethic and positive attitude • The ability to work in a physically demanding role • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality • A flexible approach and willingness to work rotating shifts • FLT or overhead crane experience would be advantageous but is not essential Shift PatternWeek 1 - Early Shift • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:15pm • Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm Week 2 - Night Shift • Sunday: 10:15pm - 6:15am • Monday to Thursday: 10:15pm - 6:15am Week 3 - Late Shift • Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm • Friday: 12:45pm - 6:45pm Benefits • Permanent position with a well-established manufacturing business
