Manufacturing Operative Location: Warrington Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:15 AM - 4:00 PM- Friday 7:15am-11:45am Pay Rate: £13.35/hour Contract Length: 6 months Start Date: ASAP Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking to join a supportive team where your work makes a real impact? We're recruiting Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and fast-paced environment where precision and quality are key. Key Responsibilities: • Operate manual and automated equipment in the production process • Work in cleanrooms wearing PPE • Complete documentation to GDP standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Engineering and Material Handling • Maintain a clean and safe working environment • Participate in process improvements using the PPI system What We're Looking For: • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or similar • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and time management • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks • Comfortable with manual handling and working with hazardous materials • Awareness of COSHH and cleanroom protocols (preferred) Why Apply? • Stable working hours with no weekend shifts • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful work • Supportive team environment • Potential involvement in site-wide improvement projects Please apply to this job advert if you're interested.
