The Role • Drive process improvements across manufacturing operations. • Lead continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives. • Support production with technical problem solving and root cause analysis. • Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams. • Help deliver new equipment, automation and process improvements. About You • Experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies. • A proactive engineer who enjoys improving processes and making a tangible impact.
