We are working with a well-established manufacturing and logistics company in Poole who are looking for a Manufacturing Operative, Production Operative, Assembler, or Packer to join their growing team. This is a permanent position with a supportive local business where your woodworking and assembly skills will be valued. About the Role You will play a key role in the production process, focusing on the manufacture, production and packing of high-quality wooden cases and crates for customers. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in precision and quality.
