Marketing & Business Development Manager - Energy (6-month FTC) A leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to support its Energy sector on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role This position will drive and execute sector marketing strategy, support global business development, and raise the profile of the Energy practice across key markets. Working closely with senior stakeholders and international teams, the role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery. Key responsibilities • Lead integrated marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives • Manage sector pitches, proposals, and RFP responses • Develop client-focused marketing materials and credentials • Identify growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis • Coordinate high-impact events, from flagship conferences to targeted client sessions • Support client relationship development and cross-selling initiatives What they're looking for • ~7+ years' M&BD experience in professional services (legal preferred) • Strong track record in pitches, campaigns, and stakeholder management • Commercial mindset with excellent writing and analytical skills • Ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects across global teams • Interest in or knowledge of the energy/energy transition sector is a plus Why apply • High-profile, global role with senior stakeholder exposure • Strategic and hands-on remit across marketing and BD • Flexible, hybrid working environment Equal opportunities employer.
