Marketing AssistantLocation: West London (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + Benefits
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
The OpportunityA rapidly growing automotive OEM is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join its expanding UK marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career marketing professional looking to build experience across digital marketing, paid media, campaign reporting, CRM activity, lead generation and marketing operations within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, assist with performance reporting, coordinate with external partners and contribute to a variety of brand and customer acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day management of digital marketing and paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Assist with lead generation activity and monitor performance against key marketing KPIs.
• Produce regular campaign performance reports and marketing updates.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and media partners to support campaign delivery.
• Assist with CRM and email marketing activity, including audience management and campaign reporting.
• Support website content updates and landing page optimisation.
• Assist in the development and coordination of creative assets and marketing materials.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain marketing budgets, schedules, trackers and administrative documentation.
• Support wider marketing partnerships, activations and special projects as required.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related discipline, or 1–2 years' experience within a marketing role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Interest in digital marketing, paid media and performance analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Highly Desirable
• Previous experience within the automotive industry, ideally with an OEM, vehicle manufacturer, importer, distributor, dealer group or automotive marketing environment.
• Exposure to paid media, social media, CRM or digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with marketing agencies, media partners or third-party suppliers.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and website content management systems.
• Passion for the automotive sector and emerging vehicle technologies.
