Duties will include: • Producing articles, features and online resources. • Work across multiple channels: SEO, website, email etc • Creating engaging social media campaigns. • Developing website content and keeping digital channels up to date. • Converting expert knowledge into accessible, reader-friendly copy. • Creating graphics, short videos and downloadable guides. • Measuring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. • Assisting with client communications and engagement.
