Graduate Social Media & Marketing Executive – 4 Days Per Week Location: Shepperton As part of an exciting rebrand and growth journey, our client is seeking an ambitious and creative Graduate Social Media & Marketing Executive to play a key role in developing their digital presence, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting wider marketing initiatives. As Graduate Social Media & Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of day-to-day social media activities while supporting wider marketing and brand projects across the business. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will help drive engagement, promote the company's services and culture, and support the ongoing evolution of the brand. Working Pattern: Part-time (30 hours per week across 4 days), with flexibility to suit both the business and the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Content • Develop, create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube • Support the execution of social media strategies designed to grow audience engagement and brand visibility • Coordinate social media activity with the wider Tandem Network • Assist with the planning and production of video, photography and multimedia content • Manage community engagement, responding to enquiries and escalating where appropriate • Maintain and develop content calendars aligned with business objectives • Support internal stakeholders in enhancing their personal and professional social media presence Marketing & Brand Development • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials • Support the ongoing rebrand project across digital and offline channels • Assist with website content updates and optimisation • Create presentations, promotional materials, banners and marketing collateral • Develop customer case studies, testimonials and success stories Marketing Coordination & Analysis • Liaise with external marketing, creative and PR agencies • Support the planning and delivery of events, exhibitions and internal communications • Maintain marketing asset libraries and content repositories • Track marketing activity and report on key engagement metrics • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities • Provide administrative and project support to the wider Sales & Commercial team Skills & Experience • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and brand development • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively • Confident using Microsoft Office and design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite • Analytical mindset with an interest in measuring campaign performance • Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across the business • Previous internship, placement year or marketing experience would be advantageous but is not essential What They Offer • 25 days annual leave (pro rata) • Discounted gym membership • Local discount schemes • Supportive and collaborative working environment • Ongoing learning and development opportunities • The opportunity to take ownership of projects and make a visible impact on the company's brand and digital presence
