Marketing and Communications Manager Location: Leatherhead Salary: £40,000 Role Overview You will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and fundraising outcomes. Working as part of the management team, you will collaborate across departments to deliver impactful campaigns and position the organisation as a leader in its sector. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies aligned to organisational goals • Plan and execute brand and fundraising campaigns across multiple channels • Create engaging content tailored to key audiences • Lead influencer and celebrity engagement strategies • Manage PR, media, and marketing agencies • Identify and promote compelling stories to increase visibility • Oversee campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise results • Manage relationships with stakeholders, supporters, and external partners • Represent the organisation at events and networking opportunities • Ensure effective handling of media, reputation, and crisis communications Skills & Experience • Proven experience in marketing and communications roles • Strong campaign management and content creation skills • Experience working with PR/media and external agencies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills • Knowledge of GDPR and data compliance Additional Information • May require occasional evening/weekend work and UK travel • Commitment to safeguarding, compliance, and professional development
