The successful candidate will be confident, with good writing skills, good time management, attention to detail, and have an ability to work under pressure. About this Employer Red Lion Chambers is an award-winning set of barristers’ chambers based in London and East Anglia, and is the professional home of over 110 barristers who are instructed by prosecution agencies, as well as corporate or individual defendants, in cases of Serious and Complex Crime, Business Crime and Fraud, Regulatory Crime, Professional Discipline, Inquests and Public Inquiries, International Crime, and Public and Administrative Law. Person Specification • Excellent communication skills for producing clear, accurate, and professional copy. • Strong project and events management skills and an ability to manage competing deadlines. • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. • Sound judgement, an ability to work independently and to know when to seek guidance. • Understanding of what good internal and external client service looks like in a professional services environment. • Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for design Key Responsibilities • Working with the Client & Business Development Director and others, plan and deliver a Chambers marketing plan and associated activity. • Managing the legal directories submissions process. • Planning and executing Chambers client events. • Managing website and reporting on engagement. • Supporting barristers with effective personal marketing. • Managing client mailing lists. • Supporting internal communications. • Managing external suppliers. Professional Qualifications The successful candidate will likely have more than 5 years’ experience gained in marketing within a legal services or other professional services environment. A relevant degree, CIM qualification, or equivalent professional experience would be desirable.
